UK Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £3.99
UK Free Standard Shipping: Orders over £50 - 2-4 business days
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

- We currently ship to the following countries: EU (European Union) - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & International - United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- The Naive Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
- The Naive Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for a re-shipment or refund.
- Additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.
